Wow, this is like an encyclopedia... So full of information. Zn is definitely more than important in the body system. So, it contributes to hair loss and skin diseases.. I probably wouldn't have learnt this elsewhere anytime soon.

Yes Zn is so important and it's deficiency can be so dangerous, that's why you should eat much zinc rich foods lol ,nice to see you arround :) thank you for your time
