As we all know that water is very important to the general health and well-being. But are you genuinely drinking the right quantity of water? According to the American College of Sports Medicine, you should plan to add 12 ounces of water to your daily intake for every 30 minutes of demanding physical activity.

    Naturally, your body cannot operate well without the right quantity of hydration. This only makes sense when you cogitate that water makes up around 60% of our body weight.

I am not 100% sure we all need a certain amount of water that is not already alerted by our own body. Evolution has spent millions of years just so we know when to drink water through the feeling of thirst.

Or at least that's what I believed in. Maybe your post could make me see other angles. Thanks for that!
