I don't agree, at least that there is any more freedom in it than a heroin addict's need for her next fix. There is no freedom in it. Slavery to the selfish genes is still slavery. Velvet chains are still chains.

Hi, i disagree..
love does not mean slavery..
and I am the example!
i love my wife, she love me..we have 20 years relationship and we are married 11..and i am 35 years old..
I take care of my family..i have a son 7 years old..
but never forbidden me to go on a trip with friends ... or to go to a night club.. and we generally live without the one pushing the other..of course there is confidence..(if this is not freedom then what is it?)
and there I want to end up..if there is no trust.. then start the problems..and the lovers start to feel slave..
this is my opinion..
of course all we do not have the same opinion...have a nice day!
That is love as will! Not at all the kind of wild emotional ride the poster is espousing as "love" :-)
Yes you are right...have a nice day! :)
cuz I m wit my wife for 15 years. we're married since last year (lol). we love each other. end of story. you can talk all you want about love, but when you're in love you're in love, right?:)
love is a very general term.. love is to accept the other as it is!not to cut his/her freedoms..love just contains love!
the article in essence refers to hormones and how they work. But what should we do with them???
Observe them!
