About eleven years ago,my mum came down with a strange illness. There simply was no diagnosis as per what caused it. She just suddenly began to swell in the stomach region. If you saw her then, you'd think she was pregnant. I know you're thinking tumor or fibroid,nope. None of that. She was like that, suffering in silence for seven good years,until three or four years ago. She got introduced to some herbal concoction, chief of them being black tea. And I can say now that she's okay. She still takes the black tea once or twice a week though for body maintenance, but I've never seen her this healthy.

As much as there are benefits to black tea,some side effects have also been discovered,due to caffeine's presence.

Taking too much of black tea can lead to anxiety,faster breathing,increased urination,headache,sleep problems,and also vomiting.
