Hello Friends of Steemit !!! Today I come to tell you a little about my career in study and how important is the management of human resources in it.
Human resources management systems have allowed organizations and people who are part of them to grow and become a greater rhythm, because they are based mainly on the continuous improvement of their human capital, that people become in the basic element of the success of these organizations. If we analyze the industrial engineering career as an organization, it is of vital importance that the bases of the career come from the management of the human resource, which allows to achieve the necessary management mechanisms to guide the decisions and actions aimed at compliance. of the goals and objectives proposed.
In the course of the training process of the industrial engineer, a set of subjects is taught where you can find various technical, technical and scientific knowledge, which provides the student with multiple tools for their subsequent development in the workplace, where they have to conceive, design, plan, execute, improve and evaluate production systems of goods and services.
If we start from the idea that we are part of an organization, and that the raison being of an organization is its human capital, it is very important to incorporate the teaching of human resources administration "Administration of human resources: set of policies and practices necessary to direct administrative resources in terms of "people" or human resources, such as recruitment, selection, training, remuneration and performance evaluation.Search for the conservation of human capital "(Chiavenato, 2008, p. 9), which sometimes helps and takes advantage of the knowledge imparted in all the curricular units that make up the academic curriculum of industrial engineering, the knowledge that allows future engineers to adapt to changes in their work and social environment.
Regardless of the work environment, industrial engineers, the sea as managers, managers, supervisors or managers, basic functions, administrative management, families, the plane, the organizer, management and control. In general, what he seeks with the inclusion of human resources management within the career, is to help the future industrial engineer in functions all the above functions described and to foster the ability to generate a range of strategies that allow him to integrate, organize , reward, retain, develop and audit people, because they do not do their work alone, but through the people who are part of their team, so it is essential that there is effective communication, so that the proliferation is of successful interpersonal relationships that contribute to the detection and resolution of problems and needs of the environment.
