I do find that the Korotkoff sound very soothing hahaha. Thanks for the detailed explanation about medical history because I'm still a medical student myself, and I need to continuously practice on history taking. Like they've said, a great history taking and a little bit of physical examination are what you need to diagnose a patient. Those fancy lab tests are just adjuncts to confirm the diagnosis.

That's right, in here we no longer have the resources to perform free lab tests, and many patients can't afford them on private laboratories, so most of the time we have to work without them, based only on the interrogation and the signs and symptoms shown by the patients. It's challenging, but far more rewarding when you arrive to an accurate diagnosis and see the patient's condition improve

I agree! You can't simply order CT brain to everyone with headache. Knowledge and experience :)
