It has been proven scientifically that we humans exist with different Brain capacity or brain power, it may either be very high or low. On a normal note an average person ought to have access to 10% of his or her cerebrum capacity with this ten percent he or she should be fast in thinking, intelligent and also be a good Reasoner. It has also been proven that some of us don't have access to this 10% like others do will may have access to 5 6 or 7% which may incur inability to think fast and be reasonable like others and hard work in storing information
But do you know you can upgrade your brain capacity or brain power?
How to improve your brain capacity
Exercise exercise does not only benefits your body by keeping you strong and fit, it can also help in keeping the brain in a perfect health condition, it can also improve your memory. In the long run, it can even guide your brain against degeneration.
Brain exercises help your mental health and fitness in the same way your body benefits from physical exercise. So it's a good idea to always exercise. A example of such exercise is reading book at loud.
Drink coffee
Caffeine, of course, helps to keep you alert. However, it can also help you to stay focused on repetitive and tedious tasks, and will even boost your intelligence, including your reaction time and reasoning.
Obviously, the effects of coffee are not permanent. However, it can make your brain work more efficiently until that caffeine high wears off.
Brainstorm
Brainstorming can give your brain the boost it needs to get to work. It's a great warm-up exercise before you jump right into the main event, like writing an essay or studying for an exam. A lot of times it can help boost your brain power.
Eat good food
Here are some foods that can help in improving brain power
Fatty fish
One study found that people who ate baked or broiled fish regularly had more gray matter in their brains. Gray matter contains most of the nerve cells that control decision making, memory and emotion (9).
Overall, fatty fish is an excellent choice for brain health.

Though your advice on healthy habits and coffee to increase alertness is great, the 10% brain part is a myth. The myth arose in early 19th century from work of William James. What James wanted to say was an average person in his life achieve only 10% of his capacity. Not sure how it morphed onto 10% of the brain. Nonetheless, all your advice will still work in keeping a person mentally healthy and alert. So an upvote for that for sure.
Good post. Have an upvote.
I wrote a style guide for STEM posts that you might find interesting (or not, up to you): Procrastilearner's Style Guide For Science and Technology Posts.
I noticed that you may have not used a free-for-reuse images? The Steemstem curators might downvote you for that (just a friendly heads up).
