Greetings great stemains, Today I would be looking into the aspect of animals in relation to humans. My love for animals made me discover that there are similar attributes of character or altitude that animals exhibit that we humans exhibit as well. vice versa
If you read your bible, you will discover that in the book of Mattew 10:16, you will notice that Jesus said that we should be wise as a serpent and gentle as a dove. Now am not preaching but am trying to let you see that there is a corresponding feature between humans and animals.
Have you ever wondered if there is any character which you exhibit that is similar to an animal? Well, you will find out soon if you keep up with my posts. You might be the lucky one to see that an animal has your character and you might as well want to keep that animal as your pet at home, so that each time you wake up in the morning, you will see a replicate of you…but wait!! Will you keep a tiger or a lion as a pet when you discover that you have a similar character to them? Then you must be an adventurer like @zest?
Anthropomiphomism
Anthromophism refers to the state where human characteristics are directly given to objects, gods or even animals. Thus non-living things have the opportunity to be given a description of a human character, intents, emotion, and traits.
In modern times, you will find out that animals are given the names of certain humans, for example, they can call a rabbit peter. Those who did watch peter rabbit will understand the science of what am talking about. However, the science of contest between humans and animals has not been really adjusted to its suitable criteria because we can find the display of animals in the likelihood of humans.
More so, our ancestor like Charles Darwin once describes the attribute of joy and love shared among animals and wondered if it was possible for humans to imbibe such manner of love in their daily lives. An example is a 44-year-old ape called Koko. This ape has gotten the vocabulary of a three-year-old child with the knowledge of 1000 vocabulary. The funny aspect of this is that this ape considers itself as a queen so humans treat her like a queen.
Personification
No much difference between anthropomorphism and personification. But I must say that personification means attributing likelihood of humans to animals, non-living, and objects. We often use words used to describe a human character to describe such, though they are don't act basically like humans. An example is having a bird looking at you. Take a look at this bird below. Try to look at your screen from another angle, you will notice that the bird is still looking at you even when you change to a different position. Thus, I can say that the bird admires my look. Now here is the fact! Admire refers to respect and attractiveness or commendation.
Using this kind of magnificent word to describe the action made by the bird that doesn't understand what it means to admire someone is called personification.
Zoomorphism
what if a human is given the attributes, characteristics or feature of an animal, thus, we call this zoomorphism. An example is saying “ she bleated for help”. Let us take for instance that the ‘she’ is referred to a lady and "bleat" is used for sheep to describe them when they cry. We could call this zoomorphism because her actions were described as an attribute of an animal.
Not only can this be specified for animals alone but to objects as well. However, this is what we would be looking into as we have discovered that many humans and their inmate character can be attributed to animals.
The Life Of A Wolf
Main Features
Known scientifically to be called Canis Lupus and collectively termed as a pack of wolves, this animal is decisive when it comes to making relevant decision, aggressive, full of confidence, passionate and an athlete.
I could remember some years back when I was working in a hotel as a Technician, I was offered an extra job by the manager to take care of two beautiful dogs. The first time I saw these two white dogs, I wondered if they werewolves, though I haven't seen a wolf except on movies and animal planet.
The eyes of these dogs were amazing as their physical feature took the form of a wolf. The fact I was more interested in them was that they were white in nature. I haven't had an opportunity to train a dog before because I hate them from the start for no reason, but however, these two dogs attracted my attention because of their looks.
At first, I tried to become friends with them but that was not as easy as I would feed them with fear and being conscious of myself not getting attacked by this wolf looking dogs. It was a long story with those dogs because they were kinda stubborn and they weren't well trained to an extent. “ I assume training for better quality starts from the early stage, not the older stage”.
It is said that dogs came from wolves or they are relatives to wolves because they are similar. But one difference is that wolves have longer legs and are referred as cousins to the dogs.
The Ability Of Adaptation
One thing I like about the wolf is the ability of adaptation to its environment though, looking at it, we have different types of wolf living in a different kind of environment and somehow look different. An example is a Mexican wolf, the Italian wolf the arctic wolf etc. In general, I would say that a wolf is a survivor.
Now, in relation to the lifestyle of a human, the characteristics of being a survivor in a different environment as a wolf can be seen and exhibited by certain people. There are different kinds of wolves with similar character and nature, so are humans who have the likelihood of a wolf and can be able to survive in a variable environment especially when challenges arise.
Not all humans tend to survive when they are changed from one environment to another. The cause of adaptation to a particular situation or challenge that might come up at any point in time requires sensitivity and endurance and certain people cannot stand the chance of a new phase of life as they are full of complaints here and there. But if you recognize that you fall into the category of a wolf, have it in your mind that they are survivors and you must survive in any condition you find yourself. Note: The Wolf is a Survivor so are some humans too
Social Involvement
The wolves are somewhat special because of its natural characteristics of unison. They live in packs and a pack is made when a male and a female meet to mate. They find a territory to settle down with their cubs and when the cubs are matured to live on their own, they can decide to go away and make their own pack.
The hierarchy goes from the alpha male and female down to the beta wolves who are in charge of cubs when the alpha is absent. But note, the hierarchy is divided into two sections of leadership. The first consist of the males that is led by the alpha male and the females are led by the alpha female. Although in some cases during mating season, the female alpha selects the area of residence and takes charge of the environment while others go in search for food. This kind of feature of dominance by the female is not only found in wolves alone but other animals.
The issue of dominance reigns to its extreme in the family of wolves. The right to breed is controlled by the alpha wolves because they see it as part of their responsibility and a privilege. They forcefully in an aggressive manner prevent other adult wolves in their pack from breeding and this leads to the stage where a wolf in the pack recognizes that manhood is worth it, then leaves the pack and look for its own greener pasture somewhere.
Coming back to the Beta wolves, they are the second in command or I will say the vice president of the packs. The Beta’s take responsibility of raising up the offspring of the alpha or the President. In their heart, the taste for power boils and they often challenge the alphas for their position but not all Beta version does have such drive for power. The ambitious Beta forcefully will for the position and when the alpha sees that there is no strength to fight back due to its old age, they willfully submit to the Beta wolves but when the age is young, they fight back.
Also, in some cases, the beta allows the low ranked wolves to hunger for the position of the alpha. This scenario might lead to the death of the alpha, why? because it will seem to be like a conspiracy in the house of Senate were they got to impeach the president.
Wolves believe in psychology in altitude and personality rather than the physical structure. Ranks are selected by these.
Back toThe Human Wolf Personality
The human-wolf is filled with strength from the within, and quite good at exhibiting actions as a leader. They feel give orders to employees and expect them to carry out the given task efficiently and effectively
They understand Team Work: The act of humility can be seen in the lives of a wolf. A human-wolf respects chain of command and holds it in high esteem. Meanwhile, the act of satisfaction of being a member of the team or holding responsibility in the environment is uncertain. Although they respect the positions given to them in their immediate environment the long or pursuit for high goal can be noticed in their actions.
The human-wolf as a leader likes working in a team. They make sure that they are not alone while going on a mission. It is unpleasant for them not to have the backup of their team members
They are social and can easily get the interest of others. A relationship is a key thing for the human-wolf while communicating with others.
Their reactions towards situations are mostly done facially and with body language. When they get to witness or notice any misconduct from others, they don't just keep quiet but react to it immediately without hesitation. After the reactions towards their colleagues or employees, they retain the social composure of friendship again.
Human wolves are ambitious and hard working. They exhibit the attribute of leadership. They stand as motivators and instinct for a dynamic environment is seen in them.
Wolves possess a kind and gentle nature of personality so as a human with the character of a wolf. A wolf cant functions efficiently when there is disunity among them.
They are protectors in the sense that they can become very aggressive when protecting their pups, territory and when they encounter an enemy or a strange wolf. In this aspect of protection, human wolves are very protective. When they discover that someone possesses alike character, they will consider examining the true nature of the person. However, in the near future, understanding will strife between them.
Recognizing the value of their territory is very important. When a human is in possession of reputation, wealth or anything tangible or intangible, they stick with it and value it at all cost.
Conclusion
Earlier, it was stated that wolves are kind and aggressive in nature. We know in life, the fact that we are gentle, does not mean that we should remain gentle when certain challenges want to knock us down. There are life scenarios that we should handle in an aggressive manner but mind you, that doesn't change who you are or your personality. “The best you can be is when you can understand the implementation of the both. Wolves, in general, have the ability to recall, associate and learn quickly.
Human wolves personalities are tolerant, confident, passionate, intelligent, wild and playful, patient, happy, less tolerant, and lovable.
Thanks for reading
Have a Blessed Week Ahead

Anthropomiphomism really piqued my interest. I've heard of a story; in this part of the world; where animals are ascribed with human properties, and some even go as far as worshiping them as deities.
A story was told of a particular tribe in Ogidi; Anambra state (Eastern part of Nigeria) that refers to python in third-person singular. I mean; they call them "Nne" (meaning Mother)... Isn't that weird?
Nice piece bro
Highly weird! Do they worship her? @samminator
Oh yeah! I actually heard of that story. They dont harm the python and they pay homage to it. Thanks for stopping boss
Anytime boss. I'm just hearing about that. So that means it is a saint. Doesn't feed on human.
Watch Jungle Book and you'd love wolves more. Some animals act like humans. After all, our more developed brain differentiate us from them in the first place.
Love this post 💯 😘
I am @teekingtv and I write STEM.
I watched that movie! It was splendid. The wolves showed their true nature though they could not protect the boy but they proved their worth at the end. Thanks buddy, I appreciate your presence!
Anytime boss.
