As a real estate agent I wonder what the future holds for real estate. Possibly mobile homes rather than renting. The trend now is rentvesting. People own investment homes but rent something out to live in and the reason is partly due to mobility. Not tied to a mortgage but can get up and leave at any time.

That seems like a very solid strategy. I think people are more open to travelling and seeing the world these days and owning a home as a rental property provides a nice stable income to do something like that. That strategy may end up being even more popular in the future! Thanks for your thoughts.
