The title is hardly accurate. It has to be said. I think you should edit it. And try to avoid plagiarism in future.
Other than computers (at a push), most technology is nothing like any animal's brain.
The title isn't plagiarism, I quite deliberately did a variation on Clarke's very very very famous quote.
As for its accuracy relative to the subject, I would argue that it's more predictive than prescriptive, so to speak.
