To go to Cebu in April or not? Hmmm...

      Btw, aside from this being extended, would all the winning artwork on display be also for sale or no? @steemsummit

      Can I use previous works for a chance to get exhibited? If it wins, should it be printed like poster size and hung in a frame?

      Do we retain ownership of the winning artworks?
