I've never seen a place with that much graffiti. At some point graffiti becomes more art than just tagging random places in my mind. Tagging a train car is far different then an entire building being covered in graffiti as a giant piece of art. Glad they got awarded the money. It's a loss of something great knowing all these colors are gone now.
