PS: I hope you no longer use toothpaste. For those who do not know, mix:
4 tablespoons of Bicarbonate Soda (Baking Soda)
a heaped tsp of Cayenne pepper (it stimulates the gums, increasing blood flow
about half a tsp of real salt, now the chem sh*t (it helps preserve and reduces bacteria)
Great thing about it is if you or a child swallows some of it, it does not matter as all ingredients are healthy.

Thanks for the recipe! I'm already brushing my teeth with pure baking soda and have better results with it than with commercial tooth pastes. Never tried to use cayenne pepper for that, but I will give it a try. We only use himalayan salt at home anyway, so that should work.
