Thank you very much for running such a smooth and excellent app here on steemit that is vital for every user daily! What sucks for people like yourself is that you hear only when things don't work. Well you are doing a heck of a job because when I first started using this daily around the first of the year I have yet to have a problem with it, which is impressive because tech really doesn't like me, haha.
