I'm sorry to hear of the sudden passing of you aunt; my condolences! You are quite right, most people "live in a trance" and really have no clue about how they contribute to creating their own realities, and often those are realities of blindly following toxic patterns created by those who would want to "rule" the world. Most sadly avoid "waking up" because being conscious and mindful and accountable for yourself and the impact you have on yourself and your surroundings... well it's hard work.
But it's also essential, and worth doing.
