life is a battlefield
at some point in life
we're confronted with a fight -
to do things right
to make the right decisions -
sometimes to win
other times we weep
and mourn our loses
and most times
all we have to do is rise
buckle our shoes
tighten our belt
and prepare for the next battle
for life is indeed a battlefield
and as long as you stay alive
you have to keep fighting
till your work on earth is done!
