Interesting that they add the mulberries in there. Is the flavour of a white mulberry the same as a black mulberry? My gran had a tree that she called a white mulberry but the fruit would go light pink.

It is the white mulberry which is like a drug when it is dried. Just pure sweetness with some fragrancy.

The red mulberry is eaten fresh over there and it is absolutely delicious and fleshy. The only problem is that you have to eat it at the right time I find or else it will go off

Oh I see. Yes they don't have a great shelf life. Maybe that's why we don't get them in shops here in South Africa. It is great as a jam though.
