Following news from Russian biggest bank's declaration that they're working with IBM to create money transfer platform on blockchain, i just remembered that Stellar Lumens was previously announced their partnership with IBM. So, is there a big alliance on the way? While ripple making no progress, such a move could burst stellar's market value remarkably.
building my trust on this possibility, i put a heavy bet on stellar.
