Stellar's block chain, "Universal payment system in 2028"

As with ripple, Stellar is an international remittance system with its own crypto currency utilizing block chains, and is currently aiming to create an international remittance network.

He also stated that if technology advances and you can continue to use the fiat money through block chains, people will be able to use them just like fiat money.
