Introducing Myself Post! ♥ (1- ?)

in #stem-espanol6 years ago (edited)

Hi there, Steemit community! ♥ It's a real pleasure to be here, and I write with great emotion, because finally I have the privilege of making public one of the things I'm most passionate about, WRITE! My name is Iramy Jiménez, I’m 27 years old, I live in Venezuela, in the State of Zulia. I’m a magical princess mom and she is almost 7 months of age; my Bárbara Victoria. Also, I’m a Bachelor of Industrial Relations, graduated from the University of Zulia in 2012. Currently working as an Educational Planner in an oil company in the country, believing firmly, in the power of training..

I'm usually very talkative, and it's amazing how fickle my topic of conversation can be; according to the moment, the place, and the people with whom it is; that's why I think that this social network (which came to me thanks to my sister), and that has a wide scope in terms of community talk, I fell like a glove.

I can, (and I want to) talk about my profession, my country situation, politics, about music, series, movies, books, food and cooking (which I'm also passionate about), and of course, and DO NOT HESITATE, about the fascinating world of being a mother! ♥

From a post about what were the best songs of the 90s', that for a little bit I did not get to be born there, even why I consider internal recruitment better than outsourcing when it comes to an organizational succession plan. My mind is like an unexplored universe, eager to start flying definitely.

From the beginning of my career, I was struck by the fact that the investment of training for human capital has been devalued, since this represents the core of the increase in the productivity of any organization. Personally, I do not consider an "expense" to be the training of the personnel that, as an employer, produces dividends, but those are a bit more controversial issues (like the majority in Human Resources) of which I will surely post later.

I would love to tell you that I have traveled the world, but it is still on my bucketlist. For now, I've taken it upon myself to get to know my beautiful country as much as I could, and wow it is! Traveling is like an escape, not for the body, but for the mind and soul.

From the school escapades to doing any teenage mischief, going through college trips and now this chaoticly beautiful world of being a mom, and planning analyst with insertion in "a little bit, including customer service" anything is posteable. #lifemotto So get ready to see me for a while in this open-minded community, which means a huge page for me and my frustrated dream of writing for the world and not for my solitude in a chemistry notebook.

Thanks for the opportunity you give me, IramyJimenz ♥

Hello iramyjr11! Welcome to Steemit! Hope you'll like the community here. As a start, here are 5 tips that we believe will be helpful to you:

  1. Keep your passwords safe: Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of them. Also, make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
  2. Get Steem rewards: When writing a post, you'll have the option to choose how to receive your reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this can change over time. Check our post to know more.
  3. Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also, make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
  4. Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Convert and power up more Steem into Steem Power so you can have higher values on your upvotes.
  5. Have Fun and Enjoy!
