Dear @cmplxty

Thanks for sharing link to your post with me buddy. Thanks to you I also learned something new. I must admit, that I've never heard about keyword staking until now. Interesting ....

I will at some point try to uncover who did it and see if they are still active and give them some love if they are!

You put a huge smile on my face with that statement hahaha

Anyway I'm failing to understand how presearch token economy does work. So while we use this site - we get paid in PRE tokens. Probably some real pennies. And this way part of this new PRE token supply will end up on the market, creating selling pressure.

My question is: where demand would be coming from? (outside speculation).

ps. do you actually visit telegram or discord ? ever? :)

Solid read, upvoted already
Yours, Piotr

The Presearch token economy is based off the investors that buy the tokens. The price has fluctuated quite a bit in the time I have used the platform. It was up fairly well when I started then when more people started getting to the required threshold, 1k PRE tokens and 6 months (I think) of using it, they started cashing them out. That put a lot of downward pressure on it like Steem and I wasn’t sure if it would recover. It thankfully recovered and has since been a huge spike in price, I think it’s related to the keyword staking aspect.

Keyword staking is great for investors, it gives them directed traffic that’s open for others to see. You can see who’s got tokens staked for a word and how much they have staked. Large non crypto companies don’t share that information from what I’ve read. You never know who else is competing and how much they are paying to compete.
