Hey guys Cryptojared here with 3 at home workouts you can do to help slim down that waist.
you wont need to go to the gym or spend tons of money on a personal trainer telling you how to move your body. These are simple workouts you can do that will definitely get that body temperature up.
The first workout is gonna be Push-ups! ow the reason why i love push-ups so much is that there are so many variations you can do like Military, wide, diamond, clapping push ups and so on. now for begginers i want you to start off with a minimum of 10 per set but a total of 100. now heres a little secret cause you're probably thinking its gonna impossible for me to do 100 right away and i say possible. now fatigue is gonna be a thing here but the way you grow is to go against the grain. even if every time you go down to do a push a push even if its one count that as a set. the idea is for you to push yourself and get to that magical number of 100. you have my belief all the way that you CAN DO IT and it is Possible. Just stay focused on the goal and you'll get it. make sure to keep track of your daily progress so you know where you're at daily.
The second workout is going to be squats. Now you're going to be using the same methods with this workout as you did with the push ups if you're a beginner . Make sure when you squat down you let your knees pass your toes. keep your back straight and hit those number (100). Working out your legs is essential to having your waist slim down but only by you doing them correctly it'll work. Also this a workout you can a ton of variations to when you get better, like you can do jump squats, squat to high knee, crab walks and so on.
ANd last but not least we go to Burpees! Now these will turn you in to a more athletic being and definetly help with getting waist a couple inches smaller. Burpees is basically a combination of both with a some extra spice added to it. One of the best workouts period do to the fact that every muscle is being activated when doing a burpee.
