It's unfortunate, but in today's world being a respectable man, husband, brother or father is taboo. Only the female variety of everything and everyone is being promoted while the male version is being tramped upon and ignored. This is not to take away from mothers or females in general - they serve a great and wonderful purpose as well. We should recognize that men do play a vital role in society, and that they do mean a lot to many just the way they are.
