General medicine in my opinion fits nobody, with only one wrong chemical compound inhaled or digested you can end up in the ER.And UNTIL they diagnose what is wrong with you, you will be probably filled up with 'general' medications that they are shoving to everybody. Usually these are the antibiotics, so in case that you are not severely ill, you really don't need them.
