Does anyone know that in developing countries all medicines are now OTC drugs? A worker in a pharmacy (not certified pharmacist) can sell antibiotics to the consumer directly and it is happening. very alarming. Much awareness is required.

That act is now on the increase and its alarming to know that people don't want to even go through the right way of purchasing a drug, thereby encouraging the defaulters...
