It's nice going through your piece of work. I guess the MDT will be a bit costly because of the cost that will be used to manage the maggots for required result.

It actually the cheapest of all traditional methods. The maggots are not hard to come by, therapist don't charge much and that's all.
MDT is price-friendly.
Wow, I was thinking the particular specie of margots that are used for this purpose are scarce and to have a bacteria free lab should be expensive.
Just a guess though.
They aren't really scarce, in fact they have their own farmers who prepare them for the procedure. The bottle flies are readily available, so rearing them isn't difficult.
