Hello steemians good morning, i hope you all had a wonderful night rest, lets talk about the leading and fast killing disease which have taken millions of life and also made millions disable too. we all know health is wealth, lets save a soul today by resteem, upvote, comment and follow. Thanks

Stroke is define as a disorder or a brain attack, which can also be called the Cerebrovascular Accident. This is a medical emergency that needs to be attended to very fast. Stroke happen or occur when the passage of blood to the brain is been blocked.
Stroke occurs when the passage of supply of blood to the brain is been disturbed, which allows the brain cell to die because of the lack of oxygen and nutrient. There are two classification of stroke which are;
Ischemic stroke
Hemorrhagic stroke

These types of stroke occur due to t bleeding or lack of blood flow in the brain which finally results to the death of the cells tissues in the brain. This two classification results in the malfunction of the brain, Signs and symptoms of stroke may include;
• Feeling like the world is rotating
• Loss of vision (sight)
• Can’t feel your body
• Problem in understanding
• Not been able t move or feel.

Types

There are three main types of stroke:
• Ischemic stroke: this stroke is the most common among strokes . A blood clot block blood and oxygen from extending to the brain.
• Hemorrhagic stroke: This takes place when a weakened blood vessel ruptures and usually takes place as a result of aneurysms or arteriovenous malformations (AVMs).
• Transient ischemic attacks (TIAs): Also name as mini-stroke, these takes after blood run fails to reach part of the brain. Normal blood run resumes after a little amount of time, and symptoms cease.
Symptoms of a cerebrovascular accident
You must be fast in getting a discovery and care for a stroke, the better your spot will be. Because of this reason, it’s important to know and strategies the symptoms of a stroke.
Stroke symptoms include:
• vague or darkened vision
• paralysis of one side of the body
• difficulty in understanding others
• finding it hard to speaking
• headache (nausea, vomiting and dizziness)
• loss of stability and organization
• problem walking
The sign of a stroke varies, depending on the person and where it affects in the brain. Symptoms usually appear immediately, even if they’re not very serious but may become worse over time.

Causes

A stroke happen when the blood that is pumped to the brain is been disturbed or reduced. This strip the brain from oxygen and nutrients, which will cause the brain cells and tissue to die.
A stroke is caused by the blockage of the artery ischemic stroke it can also be caused by the escape of a blood vessel hemorrhagic stroke.

Ischemic stroke

Close to 75% of people in the world which are suffering from strokes are been tested to be ischemic strokes. When the arteries to the brain is been blocked or shrinked, Ischemic occurs, these then reduces the flow of blood. The most common ischemic strokes include:
Thrombotic stroke: - A thrombotic stroke results when blood is been clotted in one of the arteries that gives out blood to the brain. The clot is formed by the stake of some fatty that later coagulate up in the brain which reduce the blood flow atherosclerosis which might also cause other artery conditions.
Embolic stroke: - This type of stroke appear when a blood clot or other debris form in the heart, which flows camp in the bloodstream.

Hemorrhagic stroke

This type of stroke result to the leaking of blood in the brain. This may result to so many things like
• High blood pressure(hypertension)
• Overtreatment with anticoagulants
• Weak spot in the blood vessel wall aneuryms.
Types of hemorrhagic stroke include:
Intracerebral hemorrhage:- in this type of hemorrhage stroke, the blood vessel in the brain burst and spills which affect all other encircled tissues around the brain and damages all other brain cells present there.
Subarachnoid hemorrhage: - A subarachnoid hemorrhage the artery of the brain and spread into the space and opening of the brain and the skull, this part of the artery that burst is known as the ANEURYSM. This bleeding in the brain is often caused by a sudden severe headache which damage the brain cell limiting the blood flow in the brain.

Stroke risk

In new USA close to 28 people is been recorded of having stroke, stroke is not limit to the old ones alone, Everyboy can suffer stroke. High blood pressure is one of the leading factor of stroke, the greater the number the greater the risk factor multiplies.
There are directed and undirected factors that multiply the risk of stroke. Undirected risk factors includes:
• Past TIA
• Family backgrund
• Age
• Male gender
Urgent awareness and fertile running of controlled stroke risk factors can serious lower the chance of stroke. Controlled risk part for TIA and stroke compresses of:
• Heart rhythm disorders eg: atrial fibrillation
• Excessive alcohol intake
• Smoking
• High blood cholesterol
• Obesity
• High blood pressure
• Heart disease
• Oral contraceptives
• Diabetes

Treatment of cerebrovascular accident

The type of stroke you have depends on the treatment to be given, it can be ischemic which is obstructing the artery or the hemorrhagic stroke which include the bleeding in the brain.
Ishemic stroke: - the doctor must try to reinstate the blood run to your brain. Fast treatment does not extend your possibility of existence but decreases the problem you may be haven. Dugs like this are given to help decreases the problem
• Aspirin
• Intravenous injection (TPA)
Hemorrhagic stroke: - surgery is always taking out to decrease the future risk and also decrease the bleeding and burden in your brain.
Once the bleeding comes to stop in the brain, medical care takes place immediately which the body takes in blood to reclaim its power.
