First of all, it will let feel the inner peace and relax.
Secondly, it will certainly change the mood, even when it is hopeless :)

For me it is enough to present in a friendly way how we should behave. It is important to work on the emotions as much as possible to reduce negative thinking.
I think that the inscription in front of the restaurant will make a similar impression on you as on me. I suppose it will make a smile on your face.
