I'm libertarian. Let the free market work already. Hmmmm government tries to control market. Government gets revenue from licenses. Government issues too many licenses and destroys market for the growers. Who would have seen that coming? lol
A few big companies (backed by the Liberal Government ) will survive and all the little growers will lose everything.... besides it is so easy to grow from seeds
Bingo. You are hitting all my hot buttons! Big business is always in bed with big government. Regulation is their deal with the devil. Only big companies can thrive with heavy regulation. So big companies never fight regulation.
