RE: [Become Unshakeable] Minimalism and Stoicism-inspired Challenges To Cure Your Fear of Discomfort and Failure - Practice The Worst-Case Scenario With Me And Make Yourself Resilient

Oh nice, that sounds awesome. And thank you :).
Did you also do some calisthenics?

I'm a lot into bodyweight and gymnastics-inspired training so I use rings a lot and then lots of movement (games, puzzles, dancing, bouldering puzzles, etc.).

So now you have a gym membership or?

And how do you thrive on minimum right now (last few months)?

Hey sorry for the late reply... yeah I incorporated handstand work for shoulders as well as pull ups and front lever practice on a beam. I also worked on L-sit to handstand support for core.

I thrived for years by walking and biking.. until I saved enough money to buy a car for cash. I rented rooms for 180/ month with college students and cooked rice for dinner :)

I do have a gym membership now because I really enjoy the barbell and dumbbell, I think they are a great inventions to achieve previously impossible loading patterns.

I like your lifestye :)

You might even be better stoic than me :D
