Smoking is already a "culture" in the lives of the majority of men in any country in the world. Whether it is recognized or not, smoking is one of the bad habits that can invite different types of illness, one of the worst heart attack, and all smokers are aware of it.
Many smokers want to quit the bad habits, but it's hard to leave them. All the way done, but in the end back again tempted to smoke again.
Here I want to share a little experience when I quit smoking some time ago. A very simple and maybe a little effective way, What is it .... ?????
Have we ever hated someone? and how next after we hate that person, can we forget and leave him?
Well, this is the way I tried to apply when I quit smoking some time ago, I have instilled a very strong hatred of cigarettes, I cultivate in my mind that I really hate it and will not touch it again. And it turns SUCCEED ..
Then after a while, it all comes back to ourselves again. How long the hateful feeling of cigarettes will last in our minds and how long we are consistent with our adherence to leave the bad habit of smoking.
Such was my experience when I changed my bad habits back then, hopefully beneficial to my friends
