People have been trying to evacuate from the city of Irpin, Kyiv region, for several days. They sat to the last in the basements, but the situation in the city is critical. But there was a problem: the Russian occupiers, probably there are Kadyrovites, open fire on everything that moves. Thus, during the evacuation of civilians, the Russian occupiers killed people.
Today, a family with two children was simply shot while trying to reach a safe place.
The day before, the Russian occupiers also opened fire on residents, but many residents managed to reach the buses, which took them to safety. Russian troops have also blown up a railway that used to evacuate people by train.
The situation is very complicated, Russian troops do not fulfill any agreements, do not provide green corridors for evacuation, violate any rules of the Geneva Conventions.
