Aceh Tsunami Museum
Day of the week of December 26, 2004
At around 08:00 am on Sunday there was a disaster in Aceh that was an earthquake that caused the tsunami. The earthquake that struck 9.1 to 9.3 on the Richter scale was one of the third most powerful earthquakes ever recorded in the World. Meanwhile, the suffering experienced by the community and the government of disaster victims has sent the whole world to send humanitarian aid.
Tsunami Museum was designed by a lecturer at Bandung Institute of Technology named M. Ridwan Kamil. Tsunami Museum was built to commemorate the events that occurred in 2004 ago. In the Tsunami Museum we can look back on the history of the Tsunami such as the number of dead victims of the World, destroyed buildings and other things.
