Boy I know that feeling having to be strong going in. That feeling of going into an environment like that wondering what's going to happen and the long days of missing your loved ones. I got into my troubles back in the days and not knowing that whole time how much time I would have to do. I couldn't sleep like you. Especially the night before sentencing.
