RE: Lilith, Zagara’s Scent - A horror short story

in #story6 years ago

Would everyone please stand and repeat after me? "I insert your name here, do solemnly swear that I will take a cue from every horror tale EVER told and immediately vacate any premises that has the locals terrified, uneasy and/or unwilling to work for unless desperate for money." Thank you.

Once someone paints such an Eden, I personally start looking for the snake in the grove. Sure enough the keychain mistress of madness entered the scene and everything quickly went to pot.

I can't help but notice the references to Wagner Tower. So far, none involved have fared well. As the dates progress and his obsession with Lilith as she draws off of him deepened, I wondered about how many floors it contained. And now the little keychain is left alone, perhaps for another to come.

(P.S. Google searches with certain sections of the story yield the oddest results.)

Congratulations on your Curie vote for this dark and twisted story, F3nix!

Since you've had such a keen eye, here's the original Wagner Tower's draft:

I agree with you that people should research more before buying home and be diffident about certain willing and kind real estate agents with their special offers!
Thanks for your appreciation, Brisby. You browsed the internet and probably you could be a good candidate for solving some mysteries in this story (but maybe the story should be left there tranquil without further digging..).
