That looks absolutely delicious! I'm putting it on my list of things to make with mom :)
It is definitely apple season, last weekend we went to a cider pressing party (most of which is being made into hard cider, with a bottling party in the spring)..after my husband helped a friend out with his new beehive, and before going to one of my brother's shows in Rochester. It was a big day that made an even Bigger post, haha, just put that one up. A couple of videos of them working with the hive too :)
