Since there were only two days of school left before vacation following the afternoon Ary had ditched, she decided to extend her break, feigning illness. Nana made only one comment: "Never did think boyfriend blues was a viable sickness, then again you're not one to miss school so I guess I can let it slide." It was on the tip of Ary's tongue to correct her, tell her that it was actually a case of the ex-friend blues, but that would require a rather lengthy explanation that she didn't have the stomach for. She particularly didn't have the stomach for her grandma's advice as she had little doubt it would not sway in Grayson's favor, not if she told even a quarter of the truth.
She spent those days in her room, alternating between reading and working on a short story. Dori had texted when she'd failed to show up the next day and she'd assured her that their trip was still on, that she was looking forward to it and would see her on Saturday. The girl had obviously filled Grayson in on events since his texts had also seemed concerned, but she'd brushed off his worry, telling him she was just taking a couple of days to herself and that she missed him terribly and would send a barrage of photos when she and Dori got to Colorado.
She did miss him terribly. In fact she wondered if the constant brutal ache for him was healthy, words like obsession whispering through her mind. When she wasn't reading or writing she was generally flipping through pictures of him, lingering over his various expressions, marveling at how gorgeous he was in every one of them, posing or candid it didn't matter. Just as she had before she'd ever gotten to know him, she found herself daydreaming about their future. At least now there was a chance her dreams could become reality...Or so she told herself, ignoring the little voices that attempted to remind her of how young they still were.
She was far from the only girl who had ever fallen so hard in love, all she had to do was turn on the television or listen to the radio to be reminded of that. But she believed, no she knew that what she had with Grayson was epic. To her mind the rocky road they'd been on only served to strengthen this knowledge, all of the best stories about true love and fate and destiny were wrought with complications.
Quite simply, she was his, had felt it the moment she'd first laid eyes on him the fall of her freshmen year.

Grayson slipped silently out the door of the luxury suite cursing the infirmity that made unfaithfulness a necessity instead of an option. His father had leased this flat for his professional hookups, arranging for him to visit every three days for the duration of his stay in France.
Grayson had questioned the increase and James had explained that he would be meeting contacts who were important to his future and he couldn't afford to be distracted by the need for sex. Which he supposed was reasonable, but couldn't help wondering whether there was more to it. He thought it might have something to do with his father giving him a taste of the future and all that he could have. Beautiful women, well-trained in the art of sex were an allure most men would be hard-pressed to deny themselves, especially when the women were laid out on a silver platter, or a bed of red silk sheets in this case. And as if that weren't enough, tonight there had been two gorgeous women waiting for him, one of them holding a note that read-Feel free to come inside.
He climbed into the waiting Town car and laid his head back against the seat, examining his state of being. His body was replete. But his soul? It was empty. Carved out. He could barely stand the thought of laying eyes on them again, though he knew in a few days his all-consuming lust would bring him back. His head jerked up from the seat, "Pull over!" He ordered the driver. The car coasted to the side of the road and he flung the door open, gripping the doorjamb and heaving out his insides until his eyes and nose were burning.

Oh maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan.
I do exactly the same. When I meet someone I obsess about that person and it becomes so unhealthy. I wish I would stop to do that, but the only way is to obsess myself on something else.
the story you poured in writing is very interesting and I really like it @dreemit.
Thanks! :0)
WHAT A WONDERFUL STORY @dreemit
Well thank you @najia517 :)
After a writer's block, my mind combusted.
Well, I'm not surprised after all.
I came back to read so that I can write.
Frustrating when it feels I cannot =)
