No wonder the King was sad when he didn't have a son to succeed him because he knew his daughter was not worthy enough to sit upon his throne. Otherwise how does one explain this kind of treatment the princess has meted out to her very own, to the extent that she wanted him dead. Tall ambitions to take the throne that rightfully belonged to her brother, Jean, would not be right so it can't work.
I wonder who the man with the two dogs is too? Is he for good, or for bad?
God bless the farmer for taking good care of Jean and for not being carried away by the promises of the princess.
