Ok. So there would be no breathing problems there.

That's great to know. Coz here in North India, we have hills at very high altitudes and there it happens.
We can battle altitude sickness when we're in Sedona, Arizona too (and other parts of the US). It's not fun and takes preparation.
Yes we should make preparations before any such adventures or things might get worse there.
