This time I again mempostingkan a very good food menu that is "Kuah Pliek"
The food is who does not know, from the name alone we can imagine the shape and taste of a very good that has been very long worldwide since the days before we were born until now. Kuah pliek is still very liked for our community of Aceh.
Why is that .? Plain sauce is very popular among our society because it tastes good enough to fit in eating the same white rice.
That way the making and its ingredients and vegetables are required according to taste or as follows:
- vegetable jackfruit
- leaf melinjo and its fruit
- cabbage
- sweet potato leaves
- young papaya fruit
- Long beans
- and coconut milk
Especially jackfruit fruit boiled up to a few minutes
Then prepare the spices that must be in the puree
red chili
small chilli
turmeric
garlic
red onion
pepper
pliek u
The material is puree, then the spices:
Green chilli in long chopped
onion in chopped
lemongrass
The way the creator input all the ingredients into the skillet and vegetable input that has been provided include the jackfruit that has been boiled earlier, then cook and add a little thick coconut milk into the vegetables in the cook while in stir.
Then Wait a few minutes so re-enter the coconut milk .. Then wait to cook for a few more minutes if it is cooked lift and ready to eat with white rice ..
