我想要改变我的人生
自小，拥有肥胖身材，笨手笨脚，不管到什么年龄，都没什么朋友。
纯在感超级低，班上的老师同学们占大多数都不记得我，参加的任何活动，没人和我说话，结束之后也没人记得我。
随着年龄的增长，我已经23岁了，可是却一直保持现状，这让我常常感到自卑,疲惫和沮丧。
时间流逝，照成了我不爱说话的习惯，也造成了和别人在沟通上出现问题。
我害怕和别人沟通，甚至害怕开口说话甚至是在电话上的谈话。
看见同学们都有了伴侣，而就只剩我了，感觉没人愿意爱我。
我开始怀疑我的人生是不是只能这样了
所以....
我想要试试看能不能改变自己
想通过文章来提醒自己应该要做出改变
因为我想让我的生活变得精彩，不想白白的浪费人生，因为我已经浪费了很多了
我想要完成这三个清单，来改变自己
1.改变外表+减肥（把自己变得健康，有活力）
2.鼓起勇气尝试和不认识的人交流
3.勇敢的找寻我爱的和我要的
希望这篇文章也可以鼓励向我这样的人，勇敢做出改变
