Life is a real mystery, you never know what awaits you

not everyone has to live on the same way, at birth we never know what awaits us ahead, or the family that is going to touch you, if you will be a privileged person of life and you will be touched by a family, in my case, because of our economic situation I have to assume responsibilities very prematurely, it is something that fills me with pride, if I had the opportunity to live again life would not change anything.

I was lucky enough to find a post that our friend @ mervancewalton published, where he invites us to participate in a new challenge, the slogan is to publish a memory or a memory that makes us feel good and was significant in our lives.

This post is the continuation of my story presented in advance, which ends with the search for a new job.

Sunday turned out to be a very quiet day, ideal to reflect on what I should do with my life, the work where I was not entirely my liking, I felt misplaced, it was not something I wanted to do all my life, it was there, in my sister's house, I decided that I should look for a new job.

The night was long, I spent all my time thinking, I did not know if it was a good time to change jobs, even so, on Monday I got up much earlier than normal, I got dressed and left for work, on the corner I bought the newspaper, taking advantage of the fact that it was more than half an hour before I went to work, I sat down on the sidewalk to read the newspaper, when I came to the classified pages I focused on the work section, I saw an ad that caught my attention, a very important textile company requested vendor for one of its branches.

Modart was a company that sold men's suits, a company where many of us would like to work. Without a doubt this was a sign! After standing up, I walked towards the train station, I had to travel to the constitution to board a bus to the city of Avellaneda.

The branch 60 group is destined for the southern city, board it and I sat in the last seats near the door to descend, continue browsing the newspaper, in one of the last pages of the employment sector, I saw the announcement that had desired a long time ago, a supermarket company (Disco) needed cadet for one of its branches, as if it had a spring jump out of the seat to get off the bus, in doing so board the bus in the opposite direction, the address of the employment offices was in the north zone.

While traveling to the headquarters of Disco, I could not help thinking how I knew the company and why I wanted to work so hard. My first job was in a perfume store that was located in front of a branch of the supermarket, half a block from there, there was a restaurant where we had lunch all the employees of the area, including the cadets of the super, in many occasions I had the opportunity to listen as the employees venerated the company for the good salaries, something that would suit me very well to face the costs of living in the area.

The North neighborhood was the ideal place to live, it had all the services you could need, the bad were the expensive rents, this was the real reason to want work in the supermarket! On one occasion I spoke with a supermarket cadet and affirmed the generosity of the clients, their tips were very important, the least I gave was a $ 5.00 pesos bill, so that they have an idea, $ 5.00 pesos was enough to face the cost of a week's travel. It is very important to emphasize that if one kept the tips, one could live on them alone and save the entire salary.

While I was thinking the bus continued with its destiny, almost without realizing it I reached the place where I had to go down, several blocks I had to walk to get to the address of the newspaper ad, I could not believe the large number of people with the intention of working in the company.

An endless queue, more than three hundred people in front of me, a human resources secretary came to give me a form that I had to complete with my data, wait my turn to be attended from ten in the morning until six in the afternoon, many people who were behind me were taken care of before me, something that caught my attention.

Finally the interview ended without being attended. The human resources manager, Mr. Costales, approached me to verify that he was waiting, since they called everyone who submitted the forms with their data and the selection of personnel had been completed.

An incredible fact happened there, my presentation sheets had been misplaced together to other sheets, because of their location I should have been interviewed at about three in the afternoon, the manager did not understand how that error could have happened, since he was taking The sheets, after many apologies, invited me to his office to have a coffee and talk a little about my work experience.

The vacancies had been filled with the people who entered before me, for this reason the manager was sorry for the error, maybe he could have been filling some vacancies.

After having a very pleasant conversation and commenting on the recent loss of my father and imploring for any position to be filled within the company, even cleaning the floors or bathrooms if necessary. The phone rang! It was a call from a very influential manager in the company, angered by the prompt incorporation of a staff of maestranza, something he had requested more than fifteen days ago and did not take into consideration his request.

As the work of the capricious destination had in front of a person ready to do the cleaning of any sector of the supermarket, the shouting of the manager requesting an employee was heard clearly to where I was.

Mr. Costales covering the telephone speaker asked if he was willing to start at that moment, as expected I nodded my head.

-Keep quiet Mr. Ruibal! At this very moment I am doing the incorporation of his employee, he just needs some formalities and in fifteen minutes he sent the young man in a taxi to his branch. The human resources manager said.

-Today is your lucky day boy! Welcome to our company. Said Mr. Costales.

As I say in your telephone communication with Mr. Ruibal, I take money out of your pocket to pay for the taxi and he sent me to the supermarket branch. But this is an other history.

As I said the separation from my parents was very traumatic, I missed everything that I had known before, however when I got used to it, I learned.

As much as my decision would weigh! I had to continue with my way, if I wanted to grow as a person, I had to leave things behind.
