So I started watching my caloric intake this week in order to make better improvements with my current transformation - In the past 20 years I've done several but never really counted my intake. Mostly watched out to skip certain foods at certain times of the day but not so much the amount.

Jasmin, my woman, knew about a detailed caloric counter which calculated a needed daily intake of whooping 5368 calories with the goal to loose body fat and taking into account that I work physically all day plus I run at least 2km every morning before work to my boss's business place.

I was surprised at this number and don't believe it yet so I aim for around 4000 calories first.
Today I consumed 4678 calories during a duration of nine hours in form of rice, veggies, beef, biscuits and 4x 500 ml non alcoholic beers :D

Really felt like I needed the sugars today.

I came back home and was 2.8 kgs lighter. Ofc it counts to weigh yourself at the same time of day so the official weighing will be in the mornings before work. I was just so astonished how much I've lost today + it was really hot with no clouds in the sky

That's impressive! What kind of work do you do?

Last Sunday, I lost 1.9 kg training on my bike in the Eiffel, and half of that was water weight, which I regained the next day, with a diet around 2500 kcal.

I work in gardening. Yea, water too. Am down to 126,4 this morning which is 1.1kg less then yesterday. It's going too fast but I'm still testing.

I see, gardening in the sun is hard work indeed. I've done that, but not for long. The supervisor and I had some differences of opinion.

if actually thats possible i will like to do same ..chic one. thumbs up dear

Seems it's possible when your job is your workout.

I have known you for a long time and follow it, greet happiness @jumowa
