As Jung said: “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” This can apply to unresolved trauma as one can make very bad decisions based on the things that trigger them. That quote is so true. Mastering it is definitely a process. I’m still not totally “there” either, some of those triggers have extremely deep roots.
