I like you new look Eric, your new hairdresser is a wise man. I'm sure it couldn't have been easy letting go of it all, but hey, if it's thinning out rather let go of it all!
Your Dad was a wise man!
I also have an amazing hairdresser, an absolute perfectionist. She's become a good friend, but she's 4 years older than me, doesn't look it, but what happens when she stops? It's going to be difficult finding someone like her but maybe a new one will also give me a totally new look, but no shaving it off now😅
I'm glad you're happy with your new hairdresser, enjoy the looks on the faces of everyone when they see the new you!
It's a long weekend here so we're fully booked, guests arriving late tonight. Enjoy your weekend Eric.

Thank you my friend! It's not often you meet someone that honest, especially if it means they'll be losing a client as a result. I really appreciated his honesty.

My dad was wise in his own way. He was such a practical man, a true survivor.

I'm glad you've found a good hairdresser! I'm trying to find one for my mom too but she lives in a small town and there aren't many good options. That'll be my goal the next time I'm visiting with her.

I've seen a few looks of shock, let me tell you. I'm trying to pre-warn friends before I see them face to face with a picture via text message and even then I get some shocked responses.

Thanks, I hope you enjoy your weekend too. I'm trying a new restaurant for my birthday, the menu looks very interesting.

I can just imagine the surprise at the new Eric!
My hairdresser wasn't impressed when I decided to 'embrace' the grey hair a couple of years ago as she thought it would be a salt-n-pepper look, plus no more tints and highlights made my bill substantially lower.
I had a very short hairstyle for a while until it grew out, and once it was fully grey, she changed her mind!
I'm sure you'll agree that it's very liberating embracing the new you!

Happy birthday weekend Eric, and Father's Day as well, enjoy the celebrations, I must pop in and check out that menu, thank you for sharing!
