Although I haven't experienced that with writing, I know the feeling of it from choreographing exercise routines for my arthritis ladies. When they say how hard it must be to make them up, I tell them that the songs choreograph themselves. I just sit down and turn the music on and the moves happen all by themselves. It can be done and written down in 10 minutes.
