Hello Hiver Everyone

How are you all today, I hope you are doing well wherever you are

This time, I want to share some photos I took some time ago. This photo I took during the flood disaster that occurred at the end of last year. As we know, Indonesia has two seasons. Namely the rainy season and the dry season.

The rainy season at the end of last year left deep wounds for some Indonesian people. Floods hit several areas, destroying peace and drowning property.

The photos I share are excerpts from the sad story of this disaster. Overflowing floodwaters, submerged houses, and faces full of anxiety colored those dark moments.

Floods in Indonesia are like a cycle that repeats itself every year. The high intensity of rain in the rainy season, accompanied by overflowing river water levels, is the main cause. Not infrequently, flood waters hit residential areas, claiming lives and property.

Behind this disaster, there are deep wounds caused by forest destruction. Uncontrolled illegal logging has stripped away natural protection, made the soil lose its absorbency, and exacerbated the impact of flooding.

This disaster is a harsh reminder for all of us. That preserving nature is the key to preventing similar tragedies from recurring. Stop illegal logging, preserve forests, and plant as many trees as possible.

OK, this is my post on this occasion. And several photos of people affected by the flood disaster that occurred. Let's join hands, heal wounds, and prevent floods from hitting again. Hopefully this article can be useful for all of us.
