Abaga shivered and remained still at his shout. He had opened his eyes wide before but when he heard the shout of the priest, he closed them.
He did not have the courage to look at the worshipers from the little opening on the roof of his kitchen. The priests and his men left and Abaga came down from his hiding place and went to his sitting room.
Thereafter, he regained his confidence and was angry with himself.
