Episode 1- A true Life Story-MAKE THAT MOVE

Our present day environment hardly gives us room to make decisions without having to think about the risks involved, so most at times we decide to sit back in the comfort zone we've created for ourselves forgetting that a chick hatches from an egg not because life just entered into it there and then but because it became uncomfortable in the space the shell had created for it.
This brings to our doorstep the the tale of a young lady Emmanuela who for some part of her life never found things rosy, having lost both parents to an air crash in the early 21st century, life seemed to have taken a downturn for this promising child, her parents where quite wealthy and had prior to their demise paid her High school fees 6years in advance, unfortunately she was the only child and her wicked uncles immediately laid claim to all the acquisitions of her parents prior to their untimely death. Schooling in itself was not a major problem for Ella but feeding and acquiring materials was a burden to bear. Ella faced with the challenges life brought to her doorstep never for once seemed to be ready to quit. To cut the long story short, in a twinkle of an eye, Ella went ahead to learn how to make snacks and miraculously got an oven as a gift from the woman who gifted her this skill, she did this everyday of our schooling for the next 5-6 years except when we had to write exams, with this she could get herself those petty stuff that were the basic necessities for a student.
Fast forwarding to our last days in School, it was time to step into the open sea and chart a course for our lives and now she had to make a choice, stay back and become a lab scientist in the next few years as one of her uncles had offered to see her through a nearby polytechnic or take a step towards chasing her dreams of becoming a nurse trained abroad.
Its 3weeks to the end of sales for the admission forms of the polytechnic and there wasn't even a sign of an opportunity of getting into a university here in Nigeria, not to talk of going abroad.
At the centre of the sea, in the midst of uncertainties what did Ella do? Did she stay back? Did she take any jittering steps if any at all towards the attaining her heart desires? 😊..
