A great write up! Nice relaxed writing style whilst also informative. I am however curious to know whether you have had any experience of any other electric cars to be able to compare. I´d love to hear from you or any other steemies about the Chevrolet Volt. I read some magazine reviews when it was launched, but I´ve heard nothing since. I´m currently living in Brazil and all enquiries at Chevrolet dealerships were met with blank stares, and an ocassional, we have no date yet for the Volt becoming available in Brazil. I would of course love a Tesla, but I doubt that will be my first electric car, especially with Brazilian import taxes on vehicles. (100%!!!)

Wow! What a dreamy machine that was. You may be amused to know that my only ´motorcycle´ since moving to Brazil has been an electric bicycle. Not cool in the least, but surprising fun!
